This Toshiba 32L1300U 32-Inch 720p 120Hz LED TV is supposed to be 120hz, as it offers no indication that it actually is apart from what is written on the box, I can only judge if this is true or not based on its performance, in which case it isn't. 120hz would mean it is capable of displaying 120 frames in second, and this tv cannot properly handle 60fps based upon playing video games that run at 60fps. These games blur and look awful enough to make me not want to play them. Games that run at 30fps look fine, if you don't need anything more than 720p at 32" and this Toshiba 32L1300U 32-Inch 720p 120Hz LED TV delivers.
Typical LCD slowish startup time, but its overall design is brilliant! Wish the volume could go lower...it's level 1 is what I keep it set to, but generally good sound. In most other aspects the tv functions well. Overall very satisfied with this Toshiba 32L1300U 32-Inch 720p 120Hz LED TV.
